Refinance Rates Keep Marching Lower, Sinking to Lowest Level Since October - Dec. 10, 2024

Rates on 30-year refinance loans dropped another 4 basis points Monday, lowering the average to 6.72%. That's now a drop of 40 basis points over the last three weeks and takes the average to its cheapest level since Oct.
